Eckart Holz production board

Our production boards have been used for more than 25 years as a basis for high-quality concrete products and have made a name for themselves all over the world thanks to their durability and high quality.

Wood

We purchase our wood from a few, fixed suppliers and are therefore able to guarantee consistently high-quality wood.
We use only pine and larch wood from the best forests.
Thanks to our in-house, technical wood drying we are able to adjust the moisture of our boards to meet our customers’ specific needs.

Tongue and groove joint

By joining the individual planks of board with a tongue and groove joint we are able to guarantee a durable, flat and homogeneous surface.
The stable connection of the boards ensures that warpage is reduced to a minimum.

Reinforcement

The reinforcement of the boards with threaded bars optimises the transfer of the vibration energy and ensures a uniform compaction and high stability of the concrete products.

Edge protection

Standard or customised C profiles protect the edges of the board from mechanical influences on the sides.
The bevelled edges reduce disruptions and contribute significantly to seamless production cycles with the boards.

Surface

The surface of the boards has been planed; damaged areas and loose knots have been plugged and/or filled with a special resin.
An initial treatment of the boards with a release agent is possible on request.
The uniform surface ensures that the concrete products are of lasting high-quality.

Dimensions

Dimensions up to 1750 x 1400 x 60 mm. Other dimensions are available on request.
